Shipping & Returns

  • All items in stock ship out in 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping is based on total price in cart. All orders over $60.00 ships FREE!!

  • Orders are shipped via USPS 2-Day Priority Mail for most packages and are fully insured

  • Shipping to Canada starts at $25.00

  • The price is applicable on the date on which you place your order.

  • Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

  • Items are packed with the utmost care. Please inspect your package upon arrival. In the unexpected event of breakage, report to Arabicol Coffee at the time of delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • ARABICOL do your best for happycustomers. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact ARABICOL within 5 business days.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued for altered items.

  • After corresponding with ARABICOL, ship back to address provided and shipped insured.

  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Returns must be repacked in original packaging.

  • NOTE: Sweetener for coffee is also shipped during the hot summer months and could possibly arrive melted from sitting in a hot truck. We cannot guarantee that our sweetener will not arrive in a melted condition.
Payment & Local Taxes

  • Payment is due in full before the product is shipped.

  • Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

  • ARABICOL is a registered business in Florida.

  • A 6%  State sales tax will be included for in-state purchases.

  • Online sales from other states will comply with that states tax rates.
